This sealed-air promotional counter provides a branded display point for events, trade fairs and guest registration. Custom printing, internal shelves, a replaceable cover and a foldable format support practical branding, storage and transport.

Materials & build
The build comprises an impregnated polyester cover of approximately 235 g/m², a TPU inner insert, and PVC and MDF components for the tabletop and base. Two internal inflatable tubes connect the tabletop and base, while internal shelves hold small items or documents. The cover is replaceable, and the tabletop can be fitted with transparent protective film.
Branding & visibility
Individual sublimation printing allows advertising graphics to be applied to the sides and tabletop. Graphic design service is available.

The counter is suited to events, promotional use, trade fairs, local fairs and open days at schools or workplaces. It can provide a stationary point for ticket sales or guest registration during events. It is also suitable for serving meals at temporary food outlets.
Setup, handling & transport
Set up the counter on a flat, even surface using a pump and the Boston valves; setup takes approximately two minutes. It folds into the transport bag and has transport dimensions of 120 x 55 x 15 cm. Clean it with a damp cloth only, allow it to dry fully and store it in a dry environment. It is intended for temporary event and promotional use, not permanent installation; do not use it in severe weather and disassemble it in strong winds.
What’s included & options
The set includes a printed polyester cover, a TPU inner insert with two tubes and Boston valves, a PVC and MDF tabletop and base, a repair kit and a transport bag. A pump is not included; hand and electric pumps are available as accessories. Optional additions include internal LED lighting, protective tabletop foil and a transport bag with wheels. Q&A
How is the inflatable counter set up?
Remove it from the transport bag, place it on a flat and even surface, open the rear zip and set the Boston valves to inflate. Pump until the structure is fully rigid, then close the zip; setup takes approximately two minutes.
Can the sides and tabletop be custom printed?
Yes. Individual sublimation printing can apply advertising graphics to both the sides and the tabletop.
Is a pump included?
No. A hand pump or electric pump can be selected as an accessory.
Is internal lighting available?
Internal LED lighting is optional. Illuminated versions use accumulators, provide up to eight hours of continuous operation and take approximately ten hours to charge fully using the supplied charger.
Are flame-retardant fabric options available?
The standard fabric is non-flame-retardant. A B1 fabric option tested to DIN 4102 is available, while a UK equivalent option to BS 7837 can be requested.
