Inflatable bespoke structures turn products or brand heroes into custom display forms. Choose a fan or constant-pressure system, with custom shapes and graphic treatments available.

Key features

  • Existing products can be modified, or a completely new custom inflatable can be created.
  • Custom shapes include bottles, cans, vials, characters, animals, letters and arches.
  • Fan inflatables are filled with air by a constantly running fan.
  • Constant-pressure inflatables are inflated once with a pump and do not require a permanent power connection afterwards.
  • Frame-and-tube construction can create flat top surfaces and may provide right angles on side surfaces.

Materials & build

Durable polyester fabric and TPU film are used in the available constructions. Fan inflatables have a polyester-fabric cover. Constant-pressure inflatables have an air-filled TPU film balloon inside a cover. A hard frame is required to create right angles, while frame-and-tube construction can form inflatable cuboids and columns with ellipse- or kidney-shaped bases and tops.

Branding & visibility

Existing products can be modified, or completely new custom inflatables can be created. Shapes can include bottles, cans, vials, characters, animals, letters and custom arches. Graphic design service is available.

Use cases & who it’s for

These structures can represent a product. They can also create a character such as a brand hero.

Setup, handling & transport

Fan inflatables use a constantly running fan. Constant-pressure inflatables are ready after being inflated once with a pump. They do not require a permanent power connection after inflation.

What’s included & options

A pump is available as an accessory option. Covered by a standard warranty (details available in the warranty terms).

Q&A

Can the inflatable shape be customised?

Yes. Available custom forms include bottles, cans, vials, characters, animals, letters and arches, while existing products can also be modified.

What is the difference between fan and constant-pressure inflatables?

A fan inflatable is filled with air by a constantly running fan. A constant-pressure inflatable is inflated once with a pump and does not need to remain connected to a power source afterwards.

Can the inflatable have flat surfaces or right angles?

Frame-and-tube construction can create flat top surfaces and may provide right angles on side surfaces. A hard frame is required to create right angles.

What materials are used?

The available constructions use durable polyester fabric and TPU film. Fan inflatables have a polyester-fabric cover, while constant-pressure versions have an air-filled TPU film balloon inside a cover.
