Materials & build

The gate combines a polyester fabric cover, an airtight TPU foil structure and PVC reinforced bases. Its valves include a safety valve that protects against overinflation. The cover is replaceable.

Branding & visibility

The polyester cover can be customised with sublimation printing. Optional branding formats include removable Velcro banners, carabiner-attached banners and a carabiner-attached screen. Graphic design service is available.

Setup, handling & transport

Setup takes up to 30 minutes on a flat, even surface, using stakes, ground anchors and guy lines; ballast weights should be used instead on hard ground. Inflate the structure with a pump until fully rigid, then close the valve; no continuous power supply is required. Small gates require one person for setup, while large gates require two, and carry bags are included for transport. The arch is a temporary outdoor event structure, not intended for permanent installation or severe weather; use all anchoring points, do not leave it unattended and do not use it above 38 km/h (10.6 m/s) or during strong or unpredictable gusts, storms, heavy rain, snow or hail.

Q&A

Does the gate require a continuous power supply?

No. Inflate the structure with a pump, close the valve and it will operate without a continuous power supply. A pump is not included, but hand and electric pumps are available as options.

Which sizes and shapes are available?

Rectangular and polygonal shapes are available in external sizes of 450 x 300 cm, 600 x 350 cm and 800 x 450 cm.

Can the inflatable arch be custom branded?

Yes. The replaceable polyester cover supports custom sublimation printing, with optional removable Velcro banners, carabiner-attached banners and a carabiner-attached screen.

How long does setup take?

Setup can be completed within 30 minutes. Choose a flat, even surface, inflate the structure until rigid and secure both legs and the guy lines using the appropriate anchoring method.

How should the gate be cleaned and stored?

Clean it with a damp cloth only and do not use pressure washers or chemicals. Ensure it is clean and fully dry before storing it in a dry environment; if packed wet, unpack and dry it as soon as possible.
